A-Grade Docs

Client Website Guide

Client-facing guide to the A-Grade Contracting website, launch standards, and working roadmap.

Client Website Guide

These docs are the working guide for A-Grade Contracting. They explain the current website, the honest launch state, and the order in which we will build local presence, search visibility, and proof.

The company is new and independent. We will present the services it can deliver today and let A-Grade's public track record grow from A-Grade's own jobs.

What The Website Does Today

The visual foundation is already in place: a cinematic video hero, fixed navigation, scroll-linked nav behavior, overlay menu, project-carousel design, dark content pages, and a large footer.

The current public routes are:

  • / — Homepage with video hero, services, process, and contact CTA.
  • /about — Company positioning, story, values, and leadership context.
  • /services — Tile and stone, cabinet refacing, design, deep cleaning, punch-list, and property-turnover services.
  • /team — Gina Linze and Gary Jon Linze.
  • /contact — Published NAP and the inquiry path.

The site is visually strong but still needs the commercial and local-search layer around it. The project carousel and inherited counters remain outside the honest launch state until A-Grade has its own verified proof.

Core Direction

We will lead with multifamily unit renewal for property managers. Cabinet refacing and tile or stone refreshes for homeowners are the secondary offer. The same six services remain available; the homepage and future landing pages will package them around a clearer buyer and outcome.

The 18-day unit-renewal concept is a process we are defining and selling for qualifying scopes. It is not presented as a historical average.

Intended Visitor Journey

The launch journey is simple:

  1. Understand the service, buyer fit, and Greater Chicago geography in the first screen.
  2. See the coordinated unit-renewal offer or the residential refresh path.
  3. Review the services and practical process.
  4. Build trust through accurate contact details and verified operating information.
  5. Call or submit a working, buyer-specific inquiry.

Real A-Grade project photos, case studies, and reviews join this journey as the client book grows.

Working Rule

When a public claim, listing, service area, credential, review, or project image cannot be verified, we turn it into a task instead of publishing it as an achievement.
