The client updated the public location and phone on September 9, 2026. Public pages and contact downloads should list only Long Grove, IL, with no street address or ZIP code.

Confirm any private operating address needed for listing verification directly with the client. Keep the public location and phone consistent across the site, card, and listings.

Keep Similar Companies Separate

The A-Grade name collides with established businesses in search. Clear naming protects calls, reviews, invoices, and listings from attaching to the wrong entity.

The site should identify the company positively before adding a comparison: “A-Grade Contracting of Long Grove, Illinois provides interior renewal, tile, cabinet refacing, punch-list, cleaning, and multifamily turnover services.” A short clarification on Home, About, and Contact can then note that A-Grade Contracting is not the similarly named Chicago roofing company.

We will not create articles about the roofer, bid on its name, or use roofing as a service or category. In paid search, roof, roofing, tuckpointing, Spaulding, and the unrelated company's exact name belong in the negative list.

Citation Sequence

After the NAP is confirmed:

1. Google Business Profile.
2. Apple Business Connect and Bing Places.
3. Yelp and the correct BBB entity file.
4. Houzz after real project media is available.
5. LinkedIn and Instagram, then Facebook if needed.
6. One genuine local chamber or property-management association listing.
7. Data Axle or Localeze only if an aggregator is part of the approved plan.

We will favor a small set of correct profiles over a broad citation blast. Each listing needs the same spelling, category family, phone, website, address policy, service areas, and description.

Once A-Grade completes work under this name:

• Ask the actual client for an honest Google review without gating the request.
• Never buy reviews or transfer feedback from another company.
• Reply in the exact A-Grade Contracting name.
• Match future case-study photography to the work a review describes.
