Site Launch State

What the honest launch site includes now and what returns after A-Grade builds a verified project library.

Site Launch State

The website plan uses two content states: launch and established. These are publishing standards, not a software switch in the current codebase. If a site-mode control is added later, it should enforce the same rules.

The launch state lets a new, independent company present its real services and contact path without borrowing a history it has not yet built. The established state adds project proof, measured claims, and deeper local content as A-Grade completes and documents its own work.

Launch State

The launch site should answer four questions immediately:

  1. What do we do? Interior renewal: tile and stone, cabinet refacing, design and finish coordination, punch-list work, deep cleaning, and multifamily unit turnovers.
  2. Who is it for? Property managers first, with residential cabinet and tile refreshes as the secondary offer.
  3. Where do we work? Long Grove and the confirmed Greater Chicago service area, using named towns only after operations approves them.
  4. How does someone start? Call (630) 203-7409, email [email protected], or submit a working inquiry form.

The site may explain an 18-day unit-renewal process as a service design. It must not describe 18 days as a historical average or completed-job achievement unless A-Grade later documents the definition, qualifying scope, sample size, and date range.

What remains visible

  • The A-Grade Contracting name and exact, verified contact information.
  • The six real service categories.
  • The PM-first unit-renewal offer and the residential refresh offer.
  • A practical process: inquiry, walk-through, scope, schedule, build, inspection, and handoff.
  • Click-to-call and email links.
  • Real leadership names, roles, and approved experience.
  • Direct calls to action for property managers, homeowners, and GCs.

What stays hidden

  • The “Selected Work” carousel while it contains reference or stock imagery.
  • Counters for 320+, 92%, “18 years,” or an 18-day average without A-Grade records.
  • Testimonials, ratings, client logos, or review markup that do not belong to this entity.
  • License, insurance, warranty, certification, association, or software claims that have not been verified.
  • Empty social links and Behance.
  • A project, portfolio, or case-study route that has no real A-Grade work to show.

Launching with fewer proof modules is intentional. A clear service page and a reliable response path are more useful than a gallery that a visitor could mistake for completed A-Grade work.

Launch Gate

AreaLaunch requirement
IdentityConfirm the legal entity name and use A-Grade Contracting consistently
NAPConfirm the operating address before GBP or citation work; keep phone and email consistent
PositioningPut multifamily unit renewal first and residential cabinet/tile refresh second
ImageryUse service imagery only as illustrative imagery; do not label it as completed work
ClaimsRemove or hold every inherited counter until documentation exists
ContactVerify form delivery, require a phone number, and provide success and error states
PrivacyPublish a privacy notice for information collected by the inquiry form
Local searchCreate or claim GBP, add unique metadata and schema, and publish a sitemap
LinksPoint social labels to real profiles or remove them
MeasurementRecord calls and successful forms before testing paid demand

Any response-time promise must match operations. If we publish “same business day,” the team needs ownership, hours, and a backup path that make it true.

Established State

The established state is the fuller design we earn by building A-Grade's own client book. It can restore or add:

  • A real “Selected Work” gallery with A-Grade-shot before/after pairs.
  • Case studies with town, property type, scope, dates, complications, and final handoff.
  • Verified project or repeat-client counters with definitions and source records.
  • Genuine Google reviews and permissioned client quotes.
  • An insurance and licensing page containing only current, applicable documents.
  • Evidence-backed service-area pages with a real project, permit detail, or operating knowledge for each town.
  • Team bios that connect approved experience to the services A-Grade performs.
  • A real-unit walkthrough or short process video.

The established site should remain selective. We do not need to restore every visual module simply because assets exist.

Moving From Launch to Established

Before a project enters the public proof library, confirm:

  • A-Grade performed the work being described.
  • The client or property owner approved publication.
  • The photos came from that job and have an accurate location and scope.
  • Dates and results match project records.
  • Any testimonial is attributed with permission.
  • Any license, insurance, warranty, or association reference is current and belongs to A-Grade.

Before a counter returns, complete the substantiation checklist in Proof & Creative. Before local profiles or location pages expand, complete the NAP steps in Local Presence & Brand.

First-Quarter Sequence

Now

  • Confirm identity, address, contact ownership, and vendor documents.
  • Hide the project carousel and inherited counters.
  • Fix the inquiry path, privacy notice, social links, and core metadata.
  • Put the PM-first offer and geography into the first screen.

Next

  • Publish the unit-turnover, cabinet-refacing, tile-and-stone, and property-manager pages.
  • Create the GBP and core listings from the frozen NAP.
  • Build the vendor packet and a one-page PM offer.
  • Start capturing every qualifying A-Grade job to the same proof standard.

Later

  • Add the first complete case study and real review set.
  • Open the established proof modules only when their requirements are met.
  • Add local pages and paid demand in response to verified service capacity and measured interest.
